SUITABLE FOR WATER-BASED PAINTING DESCRIPTION: The latest generation OLIMPIA series dry painting cabins are completely made of galvanized and pressed sheets, assembled by bolting. All external production components are from major brands, with service centers worldwide. The control electrical panel and other electrical materials are certified and strictly to CE standards. Air filtration and maintenance systems are innovative. The suction front is made of two superimposed lines of inertial filters with acceleration and accumulation chambers and is equipped with dust collection drawers that greatly reduce cleaning and maintenance times and extend filter life. Our Total Filter system guarantees 100% air filtration thanks to the cells placed in the suction chamber with ‘Paint-Stop’ filter mounted in multilayer and protruding from the drawer so as to preventair to exit through vents or preferential paths without being filtered first. Behind the first front with inertial cartridge filters there are galvanized sheet metal panels mounted obliquely across the entire front containing acrylic filter, Paint-stop and activated carbon. The analyses conducted on some of our sample booths have provided excellent results and highly appreciated by the institutions in charge of inspections.
