2008 STROMAB Ct 800

The automatic STROMAB Ct 800 saw is a used machine, equipped with a blade with a diameter of 800 mm and a powerful 20 Hp motor. It features five software-controlled axes, allowing the worktable to rotate from 0 to 340 degrees with a speed of 9 seconds for every 180 degrees of rotation. The blade can tilt from 90 to 45 degrees in 20 seconds and has a lift above the work plane that takes 15 seconds for every 10 cm. The machine is equipped with a photocell for automatic start of the piece and offers various cutting capacities, for example: at 90 degrees with single cut, reaching dimensions of 280 x 290 mm, while with combined cut it reaches 280 x 770 mm. Cutting accuracy is +/- 2 mm over 10 meters of straight beam and +/- 0.2 degrees on the rotation angle of the table and the blade. The unit is controlled by an industrial PC with touchscreen and supports USB and Ethernet connections. This machine weighs 2900 kg and requires compressed air at 6/7 bar. The travel length and beam measurement is 17 meters per minute, with a motorized movement relative to the rear guide of 600 mm. The Windows operating system provides a simple and intuitive interface for the operator.
