The SCM Idimatic 20/39 edge bander is a robust single-sided machine, ideal for industrial production. It is equipped with a solid hot melt glue unit with a pre-gluer, ensuring a perfect edge application. It features a double-motor joining group, useful for precise and clean cutting of materials. This model is suitable for working with solid wood battens of 20 mm thickness and a maximum height of 45 mm. It supports coil edges with a thickness of 3 mm. The machine allows a gluing height up to 50 mm and is equipped with a trimming/chamfering group for an accurate finish. The feed speed is adjustable between 12 and 18 meters per minute, allowing productivity to adapt to different processing needs. The minimum workable piece length is 140 mm, making the Idimatic 20/39 versatile for various types of operations. The machinery complies with CE regulations.
