2026 STROMAB TR 500 Matrix

TR500 Matrix is a line of electronic push-off trimmer with complete optimization and wood defect detection. Optimal solution for all upward cutting needs at 90°, can operate with either a single bar or bundles. The pusher is made with a rack-and-pinion advancement system, pinion and brushless motor to ensure an uncompromising positioning and the highest cutting accuracy. The software architecture relies on an electronic programmer with a 12” high-resolution touch-screen monitor, simple and intuitive graphical interface with Linux operating system. The cutting lists can be created directly on the on-board machine software or imported via connection ethernet or USB network ports. The software automatically optimizes the cutting list to reduce waste and optimize the machining process according to 6 criteria: maximum length, minimum deviation, sequence, board sequence, volume and priority. A photoelectric sensor enables automatic measurement of the piece to be cut (OPTI function). A second photoelectric sensor detects fluorescent marks for node and defect elimination (OPTI PLUS function). Possibility to integrate label printers and inkjet printers into the trimming line. On demand it is possible to implement automatic loading and unloading systems that act as a buffer/air reservoir. Clear choices for complex solutions.
