SCM Morbidelli Author M600 machining center

The SCM Morbidelli Author M600 work center is a used machine. With a X work area of 6440 mm and a Y of about 1680 mm, it offers a notable operating area. The piece passage in Z is 250 mm, ensuring flexibility even for components of significant size. The presence of a 5-axis main spindle ensures versatile machining, accompanied by a spindle for complementary operations. The M600 is equipped with 24 drill tips for vertical drilling, 8 for horizontal drilling in the X direction and 4 in the Y direction, together with a slotting blade in the X direction. The tool changer system includes 6 positions, a 12-position revolver and a 16-position circular changer, ensuring rapid tool changes and increasing productivity. The worktable consists of 10 bars and the machine is equipped with a TecPAD remote control for easier operation.
